WHAT WE BUILD

Custom tools that help your business sell, serve, run, and test better.

The work usually starts with a simple sentence: “there has to be a better way to do this.” Eleven One Labs turns that better way into practical tools — grouped by the outcome they create, not by tech jargon.

SELL EASIER

Make it easier to buy from you

Tools that help prospects understand, price, compare, and move forward — without your team rebuilding the same thing every week.

HOW IT WORKS

From rough idea to something people can use.

You do not need a polished brief to start. Bring the rough version — the path from there is short and you can see it the whole way.

STEP 01

Send the rough idea

A messy challenge, a half-formed idea, or a recurring workflow problem is enough. A voice memo counts.

STEP 02

We shape the solution

The right questions, the workflow mapped, and the smarter path found — before anything gets overbuilt.

STEP 03

You see it early

A prototype, demo, or proof-of-concept you can react to, tweak, and narrow — before committing to the full build.

STEP 04

We build it right

Useful, polished, documented, and easy to hand off — so your team can actually run with it.

EXAMPLE BUILDS

SERVE CUSTOMERS BETTER

RUN SMOOTHER

Internal workflow app

Replace the spreadsheet that quietly became business-critical with a tool that routes itself.

TEST NEW IDEAS

Platform prototype

A clickable version of the big idea — for your team, your customers, or your investors.

That’s normal — custom means custom. If it would make your business easier to sell through, buy from, serve, or run, it’s probably a fit.

WHY ELEVEN ONE LABS

Built with attention,
not assembly-line output.

Eleven One Labs only takes on a select number of clients at a time, so each build gets the thinking, craft, and care it deserves. Here’s what that looks like in practice.

SELECTIVE BY DESIGN

A small client load is the point. Every build gets real attention — not a slot in a production queue.

ROUGH IDEAS WELCOME

You do not need a perfect spec. Bring the messy workflow or customer friction — shaping it is part of the work.

PROTOTYPE-FIRST

See it before you commit to building it. Reacting to something real beats approving a document.

BUILT TO OWN

The goal is to hand off something your business can run with. Support is available — dependency is not the business model.

NO UNNECESSARY LOCK-IN

When third-party tools are genuinely needed, they should serve the solution — not trap you in another subscription.

BUSINESS BRAIN + BUILDER BRAIN

The work sits between sales, customer experience, operations, and execution — so the better version of the idea often gets spotted before anything is built.

BUILT TO IMPRESS

Practical does not have to mean bland. The goal is something useful, polished, and durable enough that your team says “this is exactly what we needed.”

WAYS TO WORK TOGETHER

Start with the level of clarity you already have.

Whether you need to see an idea, build a tool, or keep improving over time — the work meets you where it actually is.

SEE IT FIRST

Prototype Sprint

See the solution before you commit to building it.

A quick call, the right questions, and a clickable prototype, demo, or proof-of-concept — plus a clear recommendation for what to build next.

THE STUDIO

A business-minded builder for the gap between idea and tool.

Eleven One Labs was built around a simple observation: most growing businesses are full of ideas for better tools, better workflows, and better customer experiences — but those ideas rarely make it from someone’s head into something the team can actually use. Not because the ideas are bad. Because the path from “this should exist” to “we actually use this” is usually too hard.

The studio brings together business judgment and hands-on building. The work is not just writing code or making a pretty interface — it is understanding what the business is trying to make easier, shaping the right version of the solution, and building something practical enough to use and polished enough to be proud of.

WHY “ELEVEN ONE”?

“Faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we cannot see.”
HEBREWS 11:1

That verse has carried me through leaving a safe path to build this studio. It’s also, quietly, the job description — helping people build what they can’t fully see yet.

QUESTIONS, ANSWERED UP FRONT

The things people usually want to know first.

Do I need to know exactly what I want built?

No — and most people don’t. The rough version is the normal starting point. The first conversation is about the friction or the idea, not a spec. Shaping the solution is part of the work.

Is this custom software?

Yes — practical custom software: tools, dashboards, portals, calculators, and workflow apps designed around how your business works. It does not have to mean a giant software project. Most builds are right-sized, focused, and fast to put to work.

Can you help us figure out what should be built?

Yes — that’s often the most valuable part. The first version of the ask is usually not the best version of the solution. Because the work sits between business and building, spotting the better version before anything gets built is a core part of the job.

Will we own what gets built?

Yes. Everything is built to be owned — documented, handed off, and yours to run with. Ongoing support is available, but dependency is not the business model. Where third-party services are genuinely needed (hosting, APIs, data), they serve the solution — they don’t trap you.

What kinds of companies are a fit?

Small and mid‑sized businesses — often founder- or operator-led — with real workflow friction, customer-facing friction, or an idea that needs to become real. If your team has ever said “there has to be a better way to do this,” you’re the right kind of company.

What happens after I reach out?

A short, low-pressure conversation about the rough version. Then clarifying questions, a recommended direction, and — in most cases — something you can see and react to before you commit to a full build.

Have an idea, workflow, or customer experience you want to make better?

Send the rough version — a few sentences is plenty. You’ll get back a real reply with the right questions and a recommended next step.

  • NO PERFECT SPEC NEEDED — THE ROUGH VERSION IS THE POINT
  • GOES STRAIGHT TO THE FOUNDER, NOT A TICKET QUEUE
  • YOU’LL SEE A PROTOTYPE BEFORE YOU COMMIT TO A BUILD
